Rospard Welding Co. was founded in 2025 by Ryan Rosenfelt and Jesse Pardo. Starting at just 17, we set out with a shared goal of building our own business from the ground up. What began as a simple idea quickly turned into a commitment to delivering quality welding and dependable service.

RYAN ROSENFELT
Ryan Rosenfelt is a co-founder of Rospard Welding Co., specializing in fabrication, repairs, and mobile welding services. With three years of hands-on experience gained through his high school shop program, Ryan has developed strong skills in problem-solving, design, and precision work. He primarily works in the shop but is also equipped for on-site projects. Ryan takes pride in delivering clean, functional, and visually polished work that meets customer expectations and ensures satisfaction.

JESSE PARDO
Jesse Pardo is a co-founder of Rospard Welding Co., specializing in custom metalwork and repair services. He built his experience through a high school shop program, where he developed strong abilities in troubleshooting, fabrication design, and detailed workmanship. Jesse primarily works out of the shop but is fully capable of handling mobile, on-location jobs as well. He takes pride in producing reliable, high-quality results that align with customer needs and ensure a positive experience.
